Every since I was very young, I was fascinated by the magical power of food.
The magic of transforming your ingredients into something else, of different shape and texture.
The magic of sharing it together and finding comfort in the moment spent. And the joyful memories, when it succeeds... and when it fails...and when you fix a mistake and turn it into a success.
Food brings my loved ones home, the ones from my past and the ones from my present.

I mostly cook French food and my favourite ingredient is chocolate!
I am terrible at following recipes and I have always made them my own by removing (sugar...) and adding (spices, vegetables...) ingredients.

This video cookbook is for my grand children to come, to share with them the magic of my own childhood.
Each recipe has its own story and it would be my honour to share it with you.
